Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on orders, but we provide store credits. Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If the 14 days have passed by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a store credit, please email us at email@example.com with the following:
- a photo of your your item (must be unused and in the same condition that you received it & It must also be in the original packaging)
- the reason for exchange
- confirmation of purchase
- confirmation of item being mailed i.e. tracking number
Store Credits (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and we will send you an email with a confirmation on how to apply your store credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your store credit yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please allow for 3-5 Business days from the date your item is received to process your exchange.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
